With all memberships, a program is included with one of our Gym Team! These will help you get familiar with the gym if you’re new into the fitness world or help you improve your current programs!
Personal Trainers are also there to help you with this! We are on your side to help you get to your goal using our knowledge and your motivation! It also helps calm the gym nerves as having a plan in place and a person to ask questions to definitely goes a long way in your long term goals! We can also take part in the session with you. Making sure you’re training appropriately! (It also gives someone else the problem of planning so it’s easier on you!)
