Does exercise make you happier than money? Money may not be able to buy happiness, but new research suggests that exercise may be able to. Researchers from Yale and Oxford, whose findings were published in The Lancet Psychiatry journal, found that exercising on a regular basis can lead to greater happiness, more so than greater wealth. Individuals who exercised on a regular basis had 18 fewer “poor mental health days” per year compared to those who did not exercise, researchers found. In fact more and more studies show the links between exercise and good mental health should not be ignored as regular exercise promotes a positive mental attitude that rolls over into all aspects of your life!
